Four young women from widely differing backgrounds tell us their experiences of volunteering in the Women's Land Army durin WW11. Funny, sad and heartwarming by turnsm the women speak directly to the audience of their varying fortunes living and working on the land. None had any background in agriculture so it is a voyage of discovery for them all.
