SUMMARY:A Jolly Good Night Out
DESCRIPTION:A special one-off event of music and theatre to raise money to pay for for Harry Banks actor/musician from Stroud who is paraplegic after spinal cancer 18 months ago and needs specialist re-hab treatment to increase her mobility after successful treatment. Harry's band The Lazy Susans kicks off with their heart stopping songs , followed by Nick Allan's physical theatre rendering of 'Nursery Rhymes'. All supported by perfoprmance poet Marcus Moore, our guest compere for the night. Pete Rosser and Tom Johnson energetically wow us with Paradiso a mixture of high energy kleizmer, folk and jazz played on accordian and fiddle, and guest artists from London Sarah Ruff and Ed Currie bring us their 'Adventures of a Suburban Poo Baby' surreal and wacky animation and live performance. Before and after the show there is Jazz in the foyer, Bring and Buy stall,a raffle, Tea and cakes and a Bar. Not to be missed
