The Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury, is recruiting for an Outreach Officer. This is a full time post (40h)Primary responsibilities include leading the youth theatre and dance groups for young people aged between 5 and 19, including directing and project managing the professionally produced youth theatre show for the main stage. The Outreach Officer will also be involved in devising and delivering community participatory arts projects on a range of issues. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with young people, value participatory arts, be able to think creatively, have excellent drama/dance facilitation and project management skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
