We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead Bridport Arts Centre, continue building its high profile and ensure its future viability. This post provides a real opportunity to reposition the organisation to play a strategic role in Dorset whilst expanding its successful programme in Bridport and its surroundings. 

You will have the ambition to drive through redevelopment of our theatre and gallery, showing evidence of management and leadership in a small organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, energy, creativity and tenacity.
