Theatre Gloucestershire looks after Gloucestershire’s script bank. Playwrights and theatre companies can deposit their scripts into the bank at any time.
Theatre companies, practitioners can use the script bank to find a play they would like to perform. For a quick search we provide a short summary of each play, its length and number of actors.

The South West New Writing Network
The South West New Writing Network is a network of writers and producers from throughout the South West region. SWNWN meet quarterly in different parts of the South West to update each other on what writers are doing, network, and discuss emerging issues. In addition, the network supports local initiatives and offers wider professional development opportunities for playwrights and those working with them. The South West New Writing Network is a partnership with Theatre South West.
Bush literary
Discovering and championing playwrights is at the heart of the Bush Theatre, London.
The Bush receives more than 1,000 scripts per year and read every single one. Many writers started their careers by posting a play, including Catherine Johnson, Samuel Adamson, Mark O'Rowe and Jack Thorne.

Currently you can submit a script to The Bush by post or through www.bushgreen.org the new collaboration and publishing website for playwrights. Please read the submission guidelines and process before you do so.
